Whiter teeth with Whitestrips

I was invited with some famous Youtubers, bloggers and vloggers to the 3D White Event of Oral-B and blend-a-med in Frankfurt and today I would like to clarify the question "How to get whiter teeth?" with you.

Together with Shanti Tan, Anna Maria Damm, Katharina Damm, Nhitastic, TheBeauty2go, TheMakeUpGuru, Amanda MR Fashion we were introduced to the new products from Oral-B and blend-a-med. The Oral-B PRO 7000 toothbrush, Oral-B 3D White Whitestrips and blend-a-med 3D White Luxe toothpaste are said to provide a bright white smile that lasts for a long time. In advance I would like to mention that the Whitestrips are only available for purchase in 2016 and also only at dentists and not in the drugstore!

There are many different tips circulating on the internet for whiter teeth and a bright white smile. Unfortunately, we were informed by the dentist at the P&G Research Center that most of the tips are not recommended because they are very damaging to the teeth and there are already much gentler and more efficient methods to whiten teeth. A new method are the new Oral-B 3D White Whitestrips, which are inspired by the well-known American Whitestrips and whiten teeth professionally.

Whiter teeth with Whitestrips

The application of Oral-B 3D White Whitestrips is super easy and and promises an especially good result if you use the matching and coordinated Oral-B and blend-a-med oral hygiene series. The great thing is also that you can easily perform the whitening treatment of the teeth at home. It is important to mention that Oral-B 3D White Whitestrips treat intrinsic tooth discoloration, i.e. discoloration inside the teeth, and whiten the teeth from the inside.

1st tooth cleaning

Before using Oral-B 3D White Whitestrips, you should clean your teeth thoroughly. This includes brushing your teeth, and you should also not forget to floss and use mouthwash. For brushing, it is recommended to use the appropriate toothpaste blend-a-med 3D White Luxe, because it removes surface stains of the teeth and protects them from new discoloration. In order to keep the teeth white for a long time (it is claimed 1 year) after using the Whitestrips, you should use the toothpaste daily to achieve the best result. To make brushing easier, there is the Oral-B PRO 7000 Toothbrush, which you can connect to your smartphone through Bluetooth and follow the Oral-B app for proper brushing. After you have finished cleaning your teeth, you can start to stick the Whitestrips onto your teeth. They are fixed in the middle of the teeth, with the longer whitestrip for the upper teeth and the shorter one for the lower teeth. The protruding rest of the Whitestrips can simply be bent backwards.

3. take off Oral-B 3D White Whitestrips

After an hour, the Whitestrips need to be taken off. To do this, simply peel them off, like a strip of scotch tape. The treatment with Oral-B 3D White Whitestrips lasts for 2 weeks, by this is meant that you treat your teeth with one Whitestrip each day for 1 hour for 2 weeks. It is promised that the teeth will remain white for a whole year after the 2-week treatment, provided that you brush them thoroughly with the appropriate and coordinated products. #shareasmile
